A French Gilt Bronze and Marble Three Piece Clock Garniture, Late 19th/Early 20th Century, comprising a mantel clock and pair of covered urns, the mantel clock with circular enamel dial having Arabic numerals. The twin train movement with outside countwheel striking on a bell, the backplate with Samuel Marti pastille and stamped 'MADE IN FRANCE'.
Dimensions: Height of mantel clock 13 1/2in; width 8 1/4in; depth 4in; height of urns 9 1/2in; diameter 3 3/4in.
Condition
The enameled dial with a small fleabite between the "1" and "2" numerals, and roughness around the winding holes. Some gilt bronze mounts are likely replaced on both the clock and pair of urns. The marble with small chips, roughness and fleabites along edges. The clock's movement feels overwound. With winding key. We cannot guarantee the functionality and completeness of the clock's movement.
