Highlights include a newly discovered work by Leonard Tsuguharu Foujita, an impressive Imperial quality Chinese floor screen, Chinese cloisonne, pottery and porcelain from the 12th to 20th centuries, bronzes from India and Southeast Asia, art including works by Pierre-Charles Comte, H. Guerault, Helen Bershad, Americana including furniture and samplers, a collection of KPM and related paintings on porcelain, silver Judaica, and estate silver. A Group of Bohemian Cut-to-Clear Stem and Glassware 

 

Second half of the19th and 20th century, comprising: a 7 3/4in tall amethyst brilliant cut to clear glass with an air twist faceted stem, a set of five 7 1/2in burgundy glasses with cut decoration of grapes, two 3 3/4in tall cups one in burgundy the other amethyst, a set of six burgundy 3 1/4in tall glasses, two 4in tall glasses, and two 2 3/8in tall shot cups with cut decoration of rococo motifs and stylized landscapes. 

 

Provenance: From a Bucks County collection.

Condition

The air twist glass with a small rim chip, one of the 3 3/4in cups with a small rim chip, and one of the 3 1/4in glasses with a small rim chip, otherwise items of the lot are in good condition with some expected surface wear.
