Our June auction includes over 400 lots featuring an important collection of fine Japanese Satsuma ware, featuring pieces by Yabu Meizan, Orgurusu, Choshuzan, Tawara Koseki and others. Chinese porcelain, glass by Thomas Webb, Quezal and others, artwork by Louis Icart, Otto Poertzel, Joseph Barrett, Pablo Picasso, Daniel Garber, Giuseppe Gambino, and others. The auction includes over fifty lots of silver tableware, makers include Tiffany, Gorham, Kirk and Son. A Group of Silver Flatware Including Gorham

 

Late 19th and 20th century, comprising: five 4 1/4in Medidci teaspoons by Gorham, a Piper 6in spoon by Gorham, four 4in coin spoons by Davis & Galt, four 5 3/4in sugar spoons by Frank M. Whiting Co., two 5in serving pieces by Lunt a fork and a bon bon, a 4 1/2in bon bon by Hamilton and Diesigner, a small fork and spoon in the same pattern by Durgin Co., a child fork by J.E. Caldwell & Co., a 4 3/4in Tiffany & Co. egg spoon, a 6in fork by Whiting mfg. co., and a 5 3/4in dessert served by Whiting mfg. co., and a .916 fineness continental paw end tongs. Items with loaded handles and stainless blades: a set of eight 6 3/4in place knives by Gorham in the Strasbourg patter, a 6 1/4in place knife, and a handle by Frank M. Whiting Co. 

 

Dimensions: the approximate weight of the all-silver items of the lot is 14.5ozt
