An American painted pine blanket chest, 19th century, the strap hinged rectangular top with applied molded edge enclosing a dovetail-constructed box with a right till, raised on bracket feet.Height 23 1/2in; width 50 1/2in; depth 18 1/2in.
Structurally sound. General marks, wear, rubbing, scuffs, scratches and small losses overall. Retaining several layers of painted surface.
