An Italian Marquetry-Inlaid Walnut Slant-Front Desk, Mid-18th Century
The fall-front opening to reveal an interior fitted with three short drawers and a marquetry-inlaid writing surface, above three long serpentine-front drawers on bun feet.
Dimensions: 46 1/4 in. wide, 25 in. deep, 41 in. high
Provenance: From a Bucks County collection.
Condition
Together with key. Minor replacements to veneers. General nicks, marks, and scratches associated with age and use. Hardware possibly original.
