The work is very dark overall. The canvas is slightly loose on the stretcher, craquelure overall to the surface, stretcher wear and frame abrasion. there is an area of flaking to the surface in the lower left quadrant. , minor small losses throughout. The upper left and lower left quadrant both have repaired tears to the canvas, each with canvas patches to reverse. The frame with typical marks, wear and rubbing.
