An English carved rosewood bergere, 19th century, with barley twist arm supports and front legs, raised on brass casters.Height 36in; width 22in; depth of seat 22in; depth overall 32in; seat height 16 1/2in.
Structurally sound. The cushion and upholstery are later. Typical marks, nicks, wear, scuffs, abrasions and surface scratches throughout. Evidence of previous tack holes visible to chair's frame The leather cushion and upholstery is in good condition overall.
