An assembled set of five D.R. Dimes mixed wood Windsor chairs, second half 20th century, comprising a nine-spindle sackback armchair and four nine-spindle hoop back side chairs, each branded to the underside of seat "D.R. DIMES".Height of armchair 41 1/2in; width 26 1/2in; depth of seat 14 3/4in; seat height 18in; height of side chairs 38 3/4in; width 16 1/2in; depth of seat 16in; seat height 18in.
Each structurally sound. Scattered typical marks, wear, scuffs and surface scratches associated with age and use. Heaviest wear to seats and legs. One medial stretcher is missing.
