Four Pieces of Wedgwood, One Miniature Tricolor Example
Comprising: an early 19th century miniature tricolor picher, in jasper dip yellow, wedgwood blue and white with rococo decoration of an 18th century pastoral scene, a 19th century jasper dip coffee pot with decoration of grape vines in royal blue (missing lid), and two 20th century jasper dip plates in terracotta.
Dimensions: the miniature pitcher is 3" tall, the coffee pot is 7 1/2" tall at the spot and 8 1/4" from spout to handle, the plates are both 9 5/8" in diameter
Provenance: From a Bucks County estate.
Condition
The miniature piece has two firing cracks (done in the making) at the spout, a hairline at the base of the handle and several hairline cracks to the decoration of one of the trees, otherwise overall good condition.
