A French patinated bronze figural group: Zouave soldier sitting on a field drum, Leopold Eugene Kampf (1822-1893), mid 19th century, incised L Kampf 1896 and with foundry marks DAUBREE for Alfred Daubrée (French, 1810-1855).Height 11 1/4in; width 11in; depth 6 3/4in.
General marks, wear and rubbing especially to high points, heaviest on figure's face. Minor dust and dirt accumulation in crevices, otherwise in good condition overall.
