A French gilt bronze and marble three piece clock garniture, the clock late 19th century, comprising a mantel clock and a pair of figural two light candelabra, the white enameled dial with Arabic numerals, having a twin train striking movement.Height of mantel clock 15in; width 13in; depth 5in.From a Main Line Collection.
The pair of figural candelabra are together with the mantel clock by association. The clock is lacking a pendulum, bell and winding key. The pair of figural candelabra are 20th century and were previously wired for electricity. The mantel clock and candelabra have been re-gilt having a matte finish. The marble with general marks, rubbing, wear, small nicks and fleabites. We cannot guarantee the functionality or completeness of the clock's movement.
