A George III inlaid mahogany book press on stand, early 19th century, fitted with a single long drawer below press, raised on square tapered legs.Height 53in; width 26 1/4in; depth 15in.
Oak secondary wood. Structurally sound. In overall good condition. Typical marks, wear, nick and surface scratches. The brass hardware is later replaced concealing plugged holes to the drawer fronts.
