George III red and gilt japanned Chinoiserie decorated writing stand / inkwell , 18th century, fitted with a single drawer to the front side.Height 6in; width 14in; depth 10in.
The glass inkwells with small scattered chips and fleabites. The gilt bronze lids with minor verdigris. The paint decorated case with heavy marks, wear and scattered small losses overall. Shrinkage throughout.
