A James I Oak Joint Stool Table, Early 17th Century
The rectangular top with drop flaps over a scalloped frieze, raised on fluted baluster turned splayed legs, joined by heavily molded box stretchers.
Dimensions: Height 22 1/2in; width 20 3/4in; depth closed 13 1/2in; depth open 22 3/4in.

Condition
Structurally sound. General marks, wear, nicks, abrasions and surface scratches overall. The stool table has lost some height over time. Evidence of old wood worm, patches, repairs, replacements, and reinforcements throughout.
