A Louis XVI Style Gilt Bronze Mounted Mahogany Bijouterie Table / Low Vitrine, Early 20th Century

The rectangular top having canted corners with an inset glass panel above a conforming case with beveled glass inset hinged door and three beveled glass panels to all sides, enclosing an open upholstered interior and removable glass shelf, raised on square tapered legs ending with bronze sabots.

Dimensions: Height 34 3/4in; width 23 1/2in; depth 17 1/4in.

Provenance: From a Philadelphia Estate.

Condition

Structurally sound. Retaining its original darkened surface. Wear, toning and darkening to the bronze mounts overall. The interior glass shelf with a small chip loss along the edge/corner. Some of the interior upholstery with wear. Minor bending to some bronze mounts. With key.
