A Pennsylvania Late Federal Inlaid Cherry Two-Part Corner Cupboard, First Quarter 19th Century. The veneered cornice above a twelve-light single door enclosing a pale yellow-painted shelved interior with plate grooves, above a central cock beaded and dovetailed drawer, flanked by false drawers, over a pair of sunken paneled cupboard doors and fan inlaid shaped skirt, raised on tall bracket feet. Tulip poplar secondary wood.

Dimensions: Height 86 1/2in; width 40 1/4in; depth 19 3/4in; corner dimensions 25 1/4in.

Provenance: Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Collection.

Condition

Structurally sound. Retaining a very old dark and dry finish. General marks, wear, nicks, abrasions and surface scratches commensurate with age and use. The period brass hardware is in the original holes. With key.
