Renaissance Revival carved mahogany slant front desk, circa 1900, the profusely 'North Wind' type carved case, having a hinged fall enclosing an interior fitted with a series of small drawers, cupboards and pigeon holes above three long drawers, raised on webbed claw feet gripping a suppressed ball. The three dovetailed drawers with oak sides and birdseye maple bottoms.Height 42in; width 37in; depth 19 1/4in.
Structurally sound. General marks, wear, nicks, surface scratches and small losses throughout. The hinged fall with several horizontal age cracks. The top drawer is lacking a brass lock. No keys.
