A Scissor-Cut Silhouette Profile Portrait Miniature of a Gentleman, 19th Century. Unsigned. Framed in a hinged cast brass locket case, with hair and rose gold initials to inside.

This lot comes from an Upper West Side, New York City collection that will be featured in a short lecture by noted specialist of portrait miniatures, Elle Shushan. Condition
Not examined out of the frame. The portrait appears to be in generally good condition overall. The brass locket case with heavy wear, toning and darkening overall.
