A Staffordshire Historical Blue-Transfer Decorated Earthenware States Plate, First Half 19th Century. James and Ralph Clews, Cobridge, England, with an impressed Clews mark to the reverse.

Not examined under UV light. General marks and wear. Typical imperfections in glaze and transfer decoration, otherwise in generally good condition.
