Chinese porcelain, glass by Thomas Webb, Quezal and others, artwork by Louis Icart, Otto Poertzel, Joseph Barrett, Pablo Picasso, Daniel Garber, Giuseppe Gambino, and others. Ten American Sterling Silver Tablewares and Articles, 20th Century

 

Comprising: a weighted footed bowl with reticulated rim and monogramed initial (7 1/4 in. diameter); a plate retailed by J.E. Caldwell with engraved initials on front and inscription on reverse "Isabel Coleman Freeman/ October 4, 1935" (7 in. diameter); a small bowl with engraved monogram in interior (4 in. diameter); three small coasters with engraved initials "W.C.F."; a double-handled cup by Wilcox and Wagoner and retailed by J.E. Caldwell, marked on the underside (3 1/8 in. high); two matchbox covers initialed "W.C.F." retailed by J.E. Caldwell; a baby cup by Watson Co., with engraved initials "T.C.", marked on the underside (1 1/2 in. high); and a Gorham reticulated hors d'oeuvre tray, marked on the underside (10 5/8 in. long)     19.45 ozt weighable silver

Condition

The double-handled cup with one handle detached but retained.  Other expected tarnishing, scratches, and small dings from wear and use.
