Included is a large collection of English and Dutch Delft, Chinese export porcelain and fine art. Highlights include a Picasso Madoura pottery vessel, art by Severin Roesen, Kenneth Hayes Miller, Albert Roosenboom, and Alexander Francois Loemans. Many lots 17th and 18th century delft are offered, and 18th century Chinese export porcelain, including armorial pieces. Three Chinese Export Porcelain Famille Rose Octagonal Plates, Qianlong Period, Circa 1740

Each decorated with a blue pot of flowers, a blue bowl with pomegranate, and a ribbon tied bouquet of pink lotus and white water pods to the center. The borders having alternating panels of turquoise with floral and butterfly reserves and pink cellwork with bianco-sopra-bianco reserves, edged in black.

Comprising a pair of plates and a charger. The pair of plates with applied label to the underside for Diane Knight, Locust Valley, New York. The charger with applied label to the underside for Matthew & Elisabeth Sharpe Antiques, purchased with Matthew & Elisabeth Sharpe Antiques, Spring Mill, Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, October 28, 1983. Dimensions: Charger 13 x 13in; Pair of plates 8 1/2 x 8 1/2in.

Condition

Examined under UV light. The charger with a restored rim chip to one corner with in-painting (resistance to touch). Minor roughness and fleabites along edges to each, otherwise typical imperfections from manufacture.
