A Queen Anne Mahogany Tilt-Top Tea Table, Second Half 18th Century. The two board top over a birdcage action support above a pedestal, raised on a tripod base with cabriole legs, terminating in snake feet feet. Together with a maple and cherry candlestand. (2)
Dimensions: Height of tea table 26 3/4in; diameter of top 33 3/4in; Height of candlestand 25 1/4in; diameter 16in.
Provenance: Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Collection.
Condition
Each structurally sound. The top having approximately 1/4"-1/2" of shrinkage. General marks, nicks, scuffs, abrasions, surface scratches and small losses.
