Two Wedgwood Jasper Dip Jardinieres, Royal Blue and Green
Both in the same pattern featuring various classical figures and lions heads with festoons and garlands, one first half of the 19th century example in royal blue, the other late 19th or early 20th century in green.
Dimensions: the blue example is 7 3/8" tall and 8 1/4" in diameter, the green example is 8" tall and 9 1/8" in diameter.
Provenance: From a Bucks County estate.
Condition
The blue example has scattered hairline cracks to the decoration, the green example with losses to four of the rings in the lions mouths and minor hairlines to areas of of the decoration, the interiors of both are somewhat soiled.
