A French Officers Sword of the French Revolution Period, Circa 1790. The brass guard decorated with foliates, grape clusters and vines, knights head pommel. Unmarked diamond shaped blade.
Dimensions: Length 36 3/4in.
Condition
Overall good condition. With even wear to the surface overall. No observed repairs or damges. The blade with general marks, wear, nicks and toning. The pommel with rubbing and toning to the gilded surface; wear heaviest to high points.
