A pair of Federal brass and wrought iron knife blade andirons, late 18th/early 19th century, together with a set of Federal brass and wrought iron fire tools; tongs and shovel and a pair of stencil decorated red-painted bellows.height 19 1/2in; width 8 1/2in; depth 14 1/2in.From a Bucks County Estate.
The andirons and fire tools with expected wear commensurate with age and use. The bellows with marks, wear and small losses throughout. The leather is intact, but with heavy wear and flaking.
