A 1969 slant front desk in the manner of William Savery. Mahogany, with ogee bracket feet below three graduated drawers below a small central drawer that is flanked by carved candle drawers, all below the hinged lid that opens to reveal an interior with eight small drawers and eight cubby holes which flank a central prospect door that opens to reveal two small drawers and two cubby holes. With original receipt from the maker.38" x 22 1/2", the writing surface height is 30 1/2", the overall height is 42 1/2".
Good condition with minor expected wear.
