Two Chippendale parcel gilt mahogany mirrors, second half 18th century, one example centered by a parcel gilt carved phoenix, the other having beveled edges to the mirrored plate.height of largest 35in; width 18in.From a Bucks County Estate.
With marks, wear, shrinkage, movement to veneers and small losses. Losses to silvering on glass. One mirror lacking a fret carved ear to the lower left side.
